ARISE FLUIDS: Early Vasopressors vs More Fluid in Septic Shock

Septic shock resuscitation continues to evolve.

For years, early care emphasized intravenous fluids to restore perfusion. More recently, clinicians have become more attentive to fluid overload, venous congestion, pulmonary edema, and earlier vasopressor initiation.
